Does my tuition cover holidays?

The tuition paid for each child is calculated by the 180-day school calendar year. Holidays are not included in the calculation.

Does your program qualify for the childcare tax credit? 

 

Kid's Kor Academy is not a childcare program. Kid's Kor Academy helps children with their homework, provides enrichment classes, and supervises children if they choose to play. 

 

 

Why did I get charged a late fee?

 

For students enrolled in the monthly homework program, a late fee of $35 will be assessed when tuition is not received by the 4th day of the month. All unpaid late fees will be assessed to the following month's invoice.

What's your policy for canceling the monthly afterschool program?

 

For students enrolled in the monthly program, we request that you provide 30-day notice before canceling your subscription so that we may plan our resources accordingly.

Can I get a refund if my child doesn't want to participate in the enrichment class?

 

We are happy to issue you a full refund before your child takes the first class in the session. Students will not be credited for missed classes. 

 

 

Does my registration for the monthly afterschool program with homework include one free enrichment class?

 

Due to the fee increase from Los Angeles Unified School District, we can no longer offer a free enrichment class with our monthly program subscription.

How will my child get to their classes?

• For students in ETK through 1st, one of our staff members will escort your child to their enrichment class. 

• We make a school-wide announcement for students in grades 2nd through 5th to let them know their class is about to begin.

Will you be offering morning care for the school year 2023-2024?

 

No.

When will I receive a response to my email inquiry?
